Watchlist
Save councils, MPs and bills. Persistence is this browser’s localStorage (key watchtower.watchlist.v1, or watchtower.watchlist.v1.user.<id> when signed in). Opting in to email alerts also stores a copy under data/local/alert-subscriptions.json (disk locally; named Blob in production when configured) for the digest job. Alerts compare dataset as-of dates to last notified / last visit. There are no push notifications.
Prefer a weekly in-app roundup? See Weekly briefing. Email needs a verified local account; without SMTP env vars, digests land in the local mailbox only.
